In 1982, Mark Catanese began his career with New York Life Insurance Agency in
Amherst, New York. It was his desire to be able to provide a comprehensive
range of services that led him to form his own organization, with the
assistance of his partner, and wife, Jean. In 1991, they incorporated as
Capital Management Group of Niagara, Inc.
Capital Management Group of Niagara, Inc. now has twelve employees, oversees
the security transactions of eleven registered representatives of
Broker/Dealer Cadaret Grant and Co., Inc., and provides individual
insurance, employee benefits and investment services to many of the local
families, small and large businesses, and most of the largest employing
Western New York municipalities.
The company has seen a successful growth over the last twenty years from
implementing succession planning for retiring financial advisors, strategic
alliances with other insurance firms in the area, and an enduring presence
in the ever-changing marketplace.
Privacy Policy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. In the process of opening an
account with Cadaret Grant and Co. Inc., we are required to obtain
information that verifies your identity. Section 326 of U.S. Patriot Act of
2001, to assist the government in its effort to fight the funding of
terrorism and money laundering activities mandates this. We will require a
form of identification to satisfy this process such as your driver’s license
or other form of identification with a photo ID. The U.S. Department of the
Treasury, Securities and Exchange Commission, and
Financial Industry
Regulatory Authority rules also require you to provide additional
information, such as your net worth, annual income, occupation, employment
information, investment experience and objectives, and risk tolerance. We
cannot open an account without this information. When we have obtained this
information, we understand that we are responsible for protecting it.
Only authorized personnel and your registered representative have access to
your account. We contract off-site procedures for destroying purged contents
from your files. We do not provide personal information to mailing lists or
solicitors under any circumstances. We will not disclose your information to
any other financial institutions unless authorized by you in writing. We
gather information required only to obtain, administer and service
insurance, investment and employee benefits products, and as part of our
disclosure to regulatory bodies. |
